West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona, Friday, August 29, 2014 Leticia Ivette Pando, 45, of Goodyear died Aug. 22, 2014, in Phoenix. Ms. Pando was born June 4, 1969, in Tijuana, Baja California, to Jose and Antonina Pando. She is survived by two daughters, Chelsea and Dani Velasquez; one son, Javier Cancel; her father, Jose Pando; three sisters, Maxy Soto, Margarita Zavala and Martha Pitones; four brothers, Richard, Rodrigo, Ramiro and Omar Pando; and one grandchild. A visitation will be held from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. today at Avenidas Funeral Chapel, 522 E. Western Ave., Avondale. Condolences can be sent to www.avendiasfuneralchapel.com.
