West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona, Tuesday, September 09, 2014 Donald “Donnie” Milsaps, 74, of Buckeye died Sept. 4, 2014, in Goodyear. Mr. Milsaps was born Nov. 16, 1939, in Loudon, Tenn., to William and Julia Milsaps of Philadelphia, Tenn. He moved to Arizona in 2003. He worked as a machinist for 32 years. He served in the Army. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Anna Milsaps; one daughter, Jennifer Milsaps of Durand, Ill.; two sons, Terry Milsaps of Chattanooga, Tenn., and Mike Milsaps of Tolleson; two sisters, Faye Bledsoe of Etowah, Tenn., and Zula Hall of Chattanooga, Tenn.; two brothers, Bill Milsaps of Philadelphia, Tenn., and Wallace Milsaps of Harrison, Tenn.; and six grandchildren. A celebration of life will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. Sept. 14 at the Cabana at Buena Vista, 2000 S. Apache Road, Buckeye.
