BARRON, Juan

West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona, Friday, August 22, 2014 Juan Barron, 79, of Avondale died Aug. 18, 2014, at West Valley Hospital from a heart attack. Mr. Barron was born Nov. 23, 1934, in Lane City, Texas. He moved to Arizona in 1956. He worked as a coast to coast truck driver. He was preceded in death by his wife, Petra Barron, and one daughter, Patsy Barron. He is survived by four daughters, Rachel Aranda of Avondale, Mary Castillo of Tolleson, Dalia Bejarano of Avondale and Becky Moreno of Avondale; one son, Juan Barron Jr. of Avondale; seven sisters, Tiburcia, Reyes, Carmen, Esther, Anita, Alice and Rosie; two brothers, Sam Barron and Adam Barron; 22 grandchildren; and 41 great-grandchildren. A visitation is scheduled from 5 to 8 p.m. Aug. 25 at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 W. Northern Ave., Glendale. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Aug. 26 at the same location. Memorials may be sent to West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 W. Northern Ave., Glendale.
