Thomas Paul Baker (known as Tom, Tommy or "Tom Baker") was granted his
angel wings on Aug. 31, 2014. Tom was 40 years young, born on Dec. 28,
1973, to Paul and LeeAnn Baker in New Jersey. He moved to Kingman in
1978. Tom attended Kingman High School.
Tom loved building anything with his hands; he worked construction for
Randy Ahrens.
Tom was preceded in death by his father, Paul Baker, and is survived by
his mother, LeeAnn Baker; grandmother and grandfather, John and Lee
Kloosterman; brother, Jason Baker; sister-in-law, Jessica Baker; niece,
McKinley Baker; daughter, Anyssa Marie Carroll; daughter, Kennedy
Mertes; grandson Austin; uncle John and aunt Beth; and cousins, Katie
and Annie.
Tom had many adopted brothers and sisters - there are too many to name.
Please know that each of you who called Tom your brother, you were his
siblings in his heart. We all know that Tom's heart was big enough to
love us all.
Tom had a love for motocross, the outdoors, good dinners and great
friends.
Celebration of life services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 3,
at Metcalfe Park, Kingman. Davis Mortuary of Las Vegas is handling the
arrangements.
