Norvel Owens Mortuary, Flagstaff, Arizona Baudilio Chavez (May 9, 1938 - September 14, 2014) Baudilio Chavez, 76, of Flagstaff died Sunday, September 14, 2014. Baudilio Chávez was born May 9, 1938 in San Juan New Mexico to Antonio and Dominica Chavez. He enjoyed spending time with his many wonderful friends, hunting, organizing, and taking care of his pets. He worked hard all of his life to prepare a loving and nurturing home for his family whom he loved very dearly. Baudilio Chavez is survived by his children Ruben (Emily) Chavez of Flagstaff, Ruth (Charles) Wallace David (Raeanne) Chavez of Mountpieler Idaho. He is also survived by five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty L. Chavez, parents Antonio and Dominica Chavez his brother Miguel and his sister Agnes Montoya. A funeral service will be held Thursday September 18 with a visitation prior to the service at 11 AM at the Norvel Owens mortuary Chapel at 914 E. route 66. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Flagstaff. Rev. Charles Wallace will be officiating.
