GERHOLD, William A.

Kingman daily Miner, Kingman, AZ - Published on October 2, 2014 - William A. "Wild Bill" Gerhold passed away on Sept. 28, 2014, at the age of 82. Bill was born on Oct. 2, 1931, in Baltimore, Md. He served in the Navy for four years. He was a proud Korean War veteran. He met his wife while serving. They spent the majority of their life in Buena Park, Calif. Bill was a bus driver for 37-1/2 years with MTA. After retiring, they moved to Kingman and have resided here for the last 20 years. Bill was a member of the American Legion, Eagles, Moose and VFW. He is survived in death by his loving wife of 62 years, Sena; his son, William Gerhold II; his grandchildren, William Gerhold III, Chris Gerhold and Nikki Gerhold; and his four great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his son, David Gerhold, and his granddaughter Danielle.
