Lozano's Flagstaff Mortuary and Crematory, Flagstaff, Arizona Sally Mae (Willis) Perkins, 74 of Loudon, TN passed away Sunday morning September 14, 2014 in Flagstaff, AZ. Sally was a loving Daughter, Mother, Grand Mother, Great Grandmother and friend who always had time and energy for anyone who needed her. Her generousity and loving nature were felt by any life she touched. Although her memories faded early, her loving nature and sense of humor shone through til the very end. She was preceded in death by her Parents, three Brothers, two Sisters, her Son Ricky A. Thompson, Baby Thompson and one Great grandchild. She was survived by her son James (Dale Clayton) Thompson, daughters Debra (John) Ieppert, Dani (Brad) Stricker and Kimberly (Perkins) Hawkins, six Grandchildren: Herbert Barton, IV, Nicole (Brad) Wenger, Amanda Stricker, Emily Stricker, Devan (Ciara Pratt) Hawkins, Hannah Hawkins seven great grandchildren, and three sisters. A celebration of her life will be held at Lozano's Mortuary on Friday September 26, 2014 at 1:00pm
