Greer’s Mortuary of Winslow, Winslow, Arizona Henry Taylor Morris, Sr. April 11, 1944 - September 28, 2014 Henry Taylor Morris, Sr, 70, was born in Indian Wells, AZ on April 11, 1944 and entered into rest on September 28, 2014 in Apache Junction, AZ. He serviced in the Army, and was employed as a Heavy Equipment Operator Union Local 428. His hobbies included diesel mechanic, painter and body work and a Navajo Silversmith. He is survived by his son, Henry T. Morris, Jr., and daughter Michelle Lee Morris; sisters, Amie Peshlakai, Fannie Begay, Lena Morris, Nora Jones & Rena Morris; brothers, Tommie T. Morris, James Morris, Nelson Yazzie & Norman T. Yazzie; 2 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Preceded in death by his parents, Freddie Taylor Morris & Lucy Thomas Yazzzie and his wife Barbara J. Morris. Funeral Service for Henry, will be held Monday, October 6, 2014 at 10:00 am at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Winslow, AZ. Visitation will be at 9:00 am in the Relief Society Room. Interment at Desert View Cemetery.
