Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home, Prescott, Arizona Hilda Beukman January 18, 1934 ~ October 2, 2014 Hilda was the second daughter born to John (Jack) and Hilda Lambert. She was born in Johannesburg, South Africa. Hilda and her husband and children immigrated to the United States in January 1971, became US citizens in 1976. In 1998 Hilda and her husband Bill bought a small motor home and travelled to 34 states before settling in Post Falls, Idaho. Hilda and her daughter moved to Prescott Valley, Arizona in 2013. Hilda loved to be busy; she loved to knit, write newsy letters to family and friends and bake her famous lemon bundt cakes and rice puddings. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 55 years, Bill. Hilda is survived by her daughter Jennifer of Prescott Valley, Arizona; her son John of Johannesburg, South Africa; her grandson JL of San Antonio, Texas; family and friends in South Africa, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, California, Idaho, Montana, Pennsylvania, Arkansas and Oklahoma.
