Jacob Hunter Leslie, 27, of Prescott, Ariz., born Aug. 14, 1987, in Newburyport, Mass., died Sept. 26, 2014, in Prescott. 

A memorial service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 11, at the Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Chapel, 303 S. Cortez Street in Prescott.
