The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona, Sunday, October 12, 2014 Anthony "Tone" S. Carmosino, 61, of Cordes Lakes, Ariz., died peacefully at his home surrounded by family after a brief illness Oct. 2, 2014. He was born Sept. 15, 1953, in Altoona, Pa., to Vincent and Lucy (D'Adamo) Carmosino, who preceded him in death. He is survived by his life partner, Bruce Farkas, his son Nicholas Jon Over Carmosino (Debra) of South Carolina, sister Phyllis Vena (Michael), brother Vincent Carmosino (Linda) of Connecticut, nephews and nieces and countless very close friends. His career in hairstyling spanned more than 35 years, from Connecticut to California, from New Mexico to Arizona. In Hollywood, he worked as a stylist behind the scenes on television programs, and his clientele included numerous celebrities. Anthony possessed an energetic zest for living. He was a true outdoorsman with a passion for hiking and creating beautifully landscaped living spaces. He gave dedicated attention to detail in everything he did with precision and love, from cooking to construction. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. A memorial service will be held at their home close to the one-year anniversary date of his passing. Information provided by survivors.
