He was a retired farmer. Survivors include his daughter, Kathy Sue Hoover, sons Wesley R. Hense, James R. Hense and Dwayne W. Hense; brothers James Hense, Bobby Hense and Paul Hense; sisters Rosie Whitney, Patricia Simmons, Charlotte King and Dorothy Price; and seven grandchildren. Services have been held.
