PRYMEK, Randall (Randy)

The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona, Tuesday, October 14, 2014 Randy Prymek, 36, passed away following a lengthy illness on Friday, Oct. 10, 2014, at Mercy Hospice in Johnston with his loving family beside him. Randy was born Feb. 15, 1978, in Des Moines, Iowa, to Randy and Debbie (Sorter) Prymek. He graduated from Bradshaw Mountain High School in Prescott Valley, Ariz., and later attended Yavapai College. Randy enjoyed camping in the mountains of Arizona. He loved fishing, music, movies and customizing cars and trucks. He loved and adored his family, and especially his son, Caleb. Randy is survived by his son, Caleb; father Randy; brother Kelly (Lori); mother of his son, Kelly Deal; grandparents Ron and Pat Prymek and Betty Sorter; nephews Mason "Frank" and Blake; and his loving aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother, Debbie, and his grandfather, Raymond Sorter. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2014, at St. Anthony Catholic Church, 15 Indianola Road, followed by burial at Linn Grove Cemetery in Norwalk, Iowa. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2014, with a 7 p.m. prayer service at Hamilton's Southtown Funeral Home, 5400 SW 9th Street, Des Moines, Iowa.
