Richard "Duke" L. Clark died Thursday, September 18, 2014 at the Northern Arizona V.A. Medical Center in Prescott, Arizona. 

He was born December 1, 1926 in in Los Angeles, California, the son of Louis and Marie (Prior) Clark. Duke was 87 years old.
