Norvel Owens Mortuary, Flagstaff, Arizona Catherine Ann Dennison (March 27, 1946 - October 29, 2014) Catherine Ann Dennison, a longtime resident of Flagstaff passed away unexpectedly on October 29, 2014. She was originally from Crystal Lake, Illinois. Catherine is survived by her daughter Theresa Ann Nelson of Tennessee, Robert Lee Maynard of New Mexico. Three grandsons Joshua Mills, Jason Maynard, Wyatt Maynard. One granddaughter Jessica McKim and one great grandson, Shane McKim. She is also survived by her mother, three brothers and two sisters. She is proceded in death by her grandson Sean Maynard and her father. Services will be 10am, Tuesday, November 4, 2014 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Linda Vista Building, 2401 E. Linda Vista, Flagstaff, AZ 86004. A visitation will be from 9-945 in the Relief Society room at the Church. Flowers are welcome or donations can be made to Second Chance Shelter 11665 N. Hwy 89, Flagstaff, AZ 86004
