James Kay Passey of Wickenburg, died March 7. He was 75. Mr. Passey was born Sept. 25, 1925 in Richfield, Utah.

Survivors include his wife, Annie; daughters Pam Yates, Patrice Blaich and Robin Willis; sister June Overton; five grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
