Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ - Posted: Sunday, November 2, 2014 - Carole Ann Campbell, of Lake Havasu City, passed away peacefully at home with her loving family by her side, Friday, Oct. 24, 2014. Carole Ann was born Nov. 30, 1939 in Sioux City, Iowa. She is the daughter of the late Howard Keith and Victoria Blanche Campbell. Carole Ann was later married in November 1957 in Glendale, Calif. where she had two children. In 1971, Carole Ann moved to Lake Havasu City. During this time, Carole Ann became a single mother who raised a family and also was a successful business owner. During her lifetime, Carole Ann was a cosmetician, social worker, welder and upholsterer. Carole Ann loved life; she was an avid reader and enjoyed cooking, playing cards, bowling, motorcycles and holidays with her family. Carole Ann is survived by daughter, Janice Faye Monday of Lake Havasu City; son, W. Keith (Denise) Monday of San Diego; nephews, Richard Saetre, Kurt Saetre and George (Eileen) Mc Queany of Lake Havasu City; niece, Kristian Simmons of Lake Havasu City. She also is survived by three great-nieces, three great-nephews, three great-great-nieces and two grandchildren. Carole Ann is preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Victoria Campbell and siblings, Lorence “Babe” McQueary and Duane Dawson. Inurnment will take place at Lake Havasu Memorial Gardens with a private family service. Services were placed in the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Crematory.
