HARRINGTON, Rebecca Marie (Becky)

The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona, Wednesday, November 05, 2014 Rebecca Marie Harrington passed away at home Oct. 19, 2014, after a long battle against lung disease. Becky was born in Sacramento, Calif., on June 3, 1950, to Wilbur and Wanda Jeffries. She married William M. Harrington on Oct. 1, 1971, and had one son, William M. Harrington Jr., on June 7, 1972. Bill and Becky met at a party in Porterville, Calif., on Sept. 30, 1971, and married the next day. They were married for 44 years, two months and 19 days. Becky and Bill had three grandchildren, Bella, Kira and Zachary. Becky had three loves in her life: Her husband, her son and her grandchildren, with the grandchildren being No. 1. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Wilbur Dewey Jeffries, and her sister Dena Dewraine Avery. She is survived by her loving husband Bill; son Bill and her three grandchildren; and sisters Marry Miller (Steve) of Williamsburg, N.M., Ellanor Zuccaro of Phoenix, Debra Corbridge (Michael) of Sacramento, Calif., Carole Andoos (Chris) of Long Island, N.Y., Brenda Horton (Jeff) of Sacramento, Calif., and numerous loving nieces, nephews and friends who will miss her dearly. Arrangements are handled through David’s Desert Chapel.
