The Verde Independent, Cottonwood, Arizona Tuesday, November 04, 2014 Lila Gayle Bellotte In loving memory of Lila Gayle Bellotte June 6, 1947 - October 25, 2014 Gayle was a long time resident of Jerome and the Verde Valley. She was born in Globe, Arizona to Frank and Beth Bellotte. Having grown up in mining towns, she was right at home in Jerome. The smiling face at the front desk at the Days Inn of Sedona for the last 10+ years. Diagnosed with ovarian cancer on September 24, she was gone 30 days later. She died with true grace, peacefully at her home in Cottonwood with her husband by her side. Loved by all who knew her, she will be sorely missed. She leaves behind a husband and partner of 35+ years, Darien Zalefsky, daughter Trish Sane and granddaughter Sahara Gayle Sane of Cottonwood, son and daughter in law Rendar and Tracy Talbot of Rimrock.
