Debbie June Pugh passed away quietly in her sleep, under hospice care, 
Oct. 14, 2014. Sadly, cancer took her life very quickly at the young age 
of 53. Debbie had resided in Lake Havasu City from 1990 to 2012 and was 
employed by Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home for fifteen years. She and her 
husband, RJ made Pahrump, Nev. their new home two years ago.

Debbie is survived by her parents, Alice and Wallace "Buddy" Opie of 
Lake Havasu City; husband, Robert John "RJ" Pugh of Pahrump, Nev.; son, 
Gerry Ebel of Kearney, Neb.; step-daughter Leslie Pugh of Denver, Colo. 
She is also survived by step-sisters and step-brothers, aunts, uncles, 
and cousins in Arizona, NY State, Florida and Kentucky.

A memorial gathering will be between 1 and 3 p.m., Nov. 15 at Lietz-
Fraze Funeral Home, 21 Riviera Ave., Lake Havasu City.
