New Orleans Advocate (Louisiana) Saturday, November 16, 2013 Sybil Ruth (Sanders) Duclaux was born on November 23, 1930, in Beaver, Oklahoma to Ramon Erwin and Darline Emily (Hall) Sanders. Her family moved to Arizona in 1935, and settled in Wickenburg, Arizona. Ruth worked in the secretarial field for the U.S. Department of Agriculture in Phoenix, Arizona. She was later sent to New Orleans, Louisiana for six months training; that is where she met and later married, James Daniel Duclaux. Ruth lived in New Orleans until 1999, when she moved to Ardmore, Oklahoma. Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, parents, her sister Cleo Lorene Stout and niece Esther Ruth stout. She is survived by two nieces, Charlotte Sue Stout and Rebecca Kay Keehn, cousins Marvin and Bobbie Bridwell and Derald and Rose Marie Mason. No services are planned. www.lakelawnmetairie.com
