Terry Caley, 57, went home to be with his Lord, Jesus Christ, Oct. 24,
2014 in Lake Havasu City. He was born to James and Myrtle (Parker) Caley
in Grants Pass, Ore., Sept. 11, 1957.
Terry was raised in Oregon and graduated from Thurston High School in
Springfield, Ore. He spent time in the Job Corp and the U.S. Army. He
was a detention officer in Garfield County, Colo. and Maricopa County,
Ariz. He worked for the Mohave County Assessor’s office and was a
certified appraiser. He worked for both Tri-State Medical and Samaritan
Health in Lake Havasu City, delivering home health equipment and oxygen.
He owned his own tile company, Tile Del Sol in Lake Havasu City. His
last job was a park ranger for Arizona State Parks. He loved NASCAR,
working on cars, the beach and riding horses and best of all, he loved
the rain.
Terry met his wife, Donna in 1987 and they were married Oct. 13, 1989 in
Kingman. Terry was a member of God’s Grace Church, where he was an
usher.
Terry is survived by his wife of 25 years, Donna; stepsons, Christopher
and Donald York; brother, Ira; sisters, Iva and Sharon; nephew,
Marshall; grandchildren, Tara, Jaden and Jacob; daughter-in-law,
Jennifer; several nieces and nephews; and fur babies, Joe, Kiki and Lux.
He was preceded in death by his parents and infant brother, John.
A celebration of life memorial service is set for 11 a.m., Nov. 22, at
God’s Grace Church, 1535 El Camino Dr., Lake Havasu City.
