Arizona Daily Sun, Flagstaff, Arizona, Sunday, November 09, 2014 Amy Fields July 9, 1969 - November 1, 2014 Amy (Coffman) Fields, 45 died at home in Flagstaff, AZ after a lengthy and courageous battle with breast cancer. Amy graduated from Coronado High School as the female athlete of the year after obtaining numerous varsity letters in tennis, softball and basketball. She attended San Diego State University, Northern Arizona University, on her way to obtaining her BSN from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego in 1995. Amy worked for Kaiser Clinics and Hospitals in California and Hawaii. Most recently she applied her nursing skills at the Flagstaff Medical Center when Amy, John and Bryce returned to Flagstaff in 2007. Amy was preceded in death by her mother, Bonnie Coffman. She is survived by her husband, John Fields, her son, Bryce Fields both of Flagstaff, AZ, her father George (Denny) Coffman of Las Vegas, NV and her sister Katie Ross (David) of Portland, OR.
