The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ April 25, 2001, p. A18 Former Wickenburg resident Beatrice B. Roton died April 21, 2001 in Phoenix. She was 85. Mrs. Roton was born Jan. 9, 1916 in Cairo, Ill., and had worked as a dietician at the Wickenburg hospital for more than 20 years. Survivors include daughters Roxie Adams of Phoenix and Linda Phillips of Riverside, Calif.; sister Thelma Stewart of Austin, Texas; grandchildren David and Dan Tomlinson of Phoenix, and John and Jessica Phillips of Riverside, Calif.; great-grandchild Chris Tomlinson of Riverside. She was preceded in death by her husband Jay Roton, sister Alice Hodges, and brothers Ed Farrow and Jack Farrow. A private family visitation was conducted. Funeral services will be held Thursday (April 26) at 2 p.m. at Wickenburg Funeral Home, with burial to follow in the Wickenburg Municipal Cemetery.
