Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ - Posted: Wednesday, November 19, 2014 - David Alan Steele, age 58 passed away Nov. 12, 2014 in Lake Havasu City. David was born Jan. 22, 1956 in Toledo, Ohio. He is the son of the late William Harold Steele and Jean Lois (Cole) Steele. David graduated from Lake Havasu High School in 1974. He worked at In- Stitches as an upholsterer for many years. David married Tami Lynn in Lake Havasu City, April 7, 1984; they were happily married for thirty years. During his free time, David enjoyed watching NASCAR, fishing, baseball, football, boating, camping, and hunting. David was a member of the NRA, member of the Fraternal Order of The Eagles, dart league, bowling league, and softball league. David is survived by his mother, Jean Steele; wife, Tami Steele; son, Steven Steele; mother-in-law, Kay Comer; brother, Dennis Steele (Fran Jackson); sister, Teri (Chip) Romer, and nephews and niece, Jesse, Matt and Kate, all of Lake Havasu City; niece; Jennifer (Jason) Clark; great- niece and nephew, Tyler and Ava Clark, all of Las Vegas, Nev. David is preceded in death by his father, William Steele. Services will be at St. Michaels, 2895 S. Jamaica Blvd., Lake Havasu City, AZ 86406, Nov. 21, at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to purchase a bench and tree in remembrance of Dave to Bank of America Account number 4570 3188 2507 with routing number 1221 01706.
