The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona Wednesday, November 26, 2014 Lola (Brown) Davis of Tucson and Parks was born Oct. 29, 1928, in Glendale to O.T. and Girtie Brown, both of who were from pioneer Arizona families. She worked for many years as the office manager for the Goodyear Manor and as business manager at Agua Fria Union High School. She did volunteer work after her move to Tucson. Lola was predeceased by her parents, husband Charles, and brothers, Rufus, Carl and Claude. She is survived by her children, Barbara (Jim) McArthur of Wickenburg and Steven Davis; grandsons Tom Davis, and Cameron and Colin McArthur; and great-grandchildren T.J. and Troy Matthew Davis, and Amelia and Scarlett McArthur. Lola’s memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 29 at Skyway Church, 14900 W. Van Buren St., Goodyear.
