The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 11/28/2014 Anthony Joel “Tony” Warwick, 54, of Whiteriver died Nov. 23, 2014, at Mountain Vista Medical Center in Mesa. Mr. Warwick was born on Aug. 16, 1960, in Sacaton. He was a casino vehicle maintenance manager. He was an outdoor person and liked to hunt and fish. He also liked to build radio-controlled helicopters and fly them, and he loved to take things apart and put them back together like a mechanical engineer. He was involved in his traditional and spiritual ways and was a member of the Baha’i faith. Survivors include his wife, Evangeline; two daughters, Lisa Warwick of Toppenish, Wash., and Angelea Warwick of Whiteriver; six sons, Davontay and Tyke Warwick of Blackwater, Lyndon Guy and Chris Perry of Whiteriver, Chandler and Clifton Hall of California; mother Barbara Jackson of Blackwater; four sisters, Robyn Murphy and Diana Warwick of Blackwater, Ginger Robinson of Coolidge and Penny Warwick of Casa Grande; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Jimmie Warwick, stepfather James Jackson and brother Patrick Warwick. A graveside service was held Wednesday in Blackwater on the Gila River Indian Community.
