He was born August 31, 1949 to Emmett Sr. and Hannah Pailzote Cosay. He was married to the late JoAnn Cromwell Cosay. Emmett was a Veteran and served as a Marine from November 1969 to November 1971. He is survived by Daughter: Lorencita Cosay; Son: Dallas Cosay; Sister: Dollie Guy; Brothers: Franklin Quintero Sr. & Nathaniel Cosay Sr.; Grandsons: Austin James & Justin James, Adriano Cosay; Granddaughters: Kristin James, Tanisha Cosay, Marian Cosay, Mary Ann Cosay, Mariah Cosay, Dallas All Cosay & April Jane Cosay. Preceded in death by Wife: JoAnn Cosay; Brother: Allison Cosay; Sister: Rita Quintero Mother: Hannah Cosay; Father: Emmett Cosay Sr. Granddaughter: Shaneka D. James And Nephew: Cody Lane Cosay. Emmett will be brought home for a one night wake on Sunday November 30, 2014 at 2:00 PM at 910 S. Banashley Rd. and Funeral Services will be held on Monday November 1, 2014 at 10:00 AM at the Open Bible Lutheran Church.
