Charlene Ann Kadisak, 78, passed away Nov. 4, 2014 at the Polidori 
House. She was born July 8, 1936.

Charlene was preceded in death by her husband, James Kadisak.

She was the mother of two sons, Michael (Sandy) of Cochiti Lake, N.M. 
and Steven (Sandy) of Chanhassen, Minn. She is also survived by a 
brother, James (Bernie) Raby and a sister, Marge (Tom) Roach. She had 
four grandchildren and nephews and nieces.

Charlene was a faithful servant of Jehovah for 40 years, being a pioneer 
for many years.

A memorial will be at 1 p.m., Saturday, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s 
Witnesses., 3200 S. Jamaica Blvd., Lake Havasu City.
