The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 12/12/2014 Perry Daniel Chapman, 73, died Saturday, Dec. 6, 2014, in Vernon. He was born April 8, 1941, in Elko, Nev., the son of Daniel Perry and Mary Pappas Chapman. Perry was a chef in various casinos. He loved the outdoors — camping, fishing and hunting. He is survived by his wife, Renee Chapman; son Perry; daughter Terri; mother sister Cindy; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Perry was preceded in death by his father, sister LaPrel and son Michael. Graveside services were held Dec. 9 at the Eagar Cemetery.
