The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 12/12/2014 Reese Peaches Sr. of Whiteriver went to be with the Lord Dec. 5, 2014. He was born Aug. 20, 1966, to Revee and the late Marie Gordon Peaches. Reese enjoyed hunting, fishing, participating in bull bashes, drawing and playing basketball. He worked as a logger and was a tower lookout for the forest industry. He is survived by his children, LaReesa Sanchez, J.R. Peaches, Juandalynn Truax, Revamarie Peaches, Rodriquez Peaches, Rechelle Peaches, Althea Peaches, Reese Peaches Jr. and Gwendena Peaches; father Revee Peaches; brother Revis Peaches; sisters Rebecca Johnson, RenaMae DiValentino, Rowena Peaches and Cornelia Peaches; seven grandchildren; four godchildren; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and relatives. Reese was preceded in death by his mother, Marie Peaches, and son Moraes Peaches. He will be brought home for a two-night wake at 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 11, in Upper East Fork. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 13, at the Riverside Church in East Fork. Silver Creek Mortuary of Whiteriver handled arrangements.
