He was preceded in death by his grandparents. He is survived by his parents, Corey and Melissa; grandma Lucy Johnson and Jerry; aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Services will be 1 p.m. Dec. 12, 2014, at The Heights Church in Prescott, Arizona. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations. Information provided by survivors.
