He was born April 28, 1964, in Scotland, moving shortly after to California with his parents, Mary and Alfred Horn (deceased) and his older brother, Fred, where he grew up and lived before moving to Kingman for the rest of his years. He played on a local softball league for the Time Out Tavern, called Wickland Warriors. He approached everything he did with a love and dedication, which will be sorely missed. Ian was loved by many, and surrounded himself with people who he made his family in Kingman, including Scott Wickland, Angie Zanni, Ray Zuniga, Steve Troy, Sashah Horner, Kirk Blalock (PJ) and many others. Ian is survived by his Kingman family, as well as his daughter, Kelly Fox; brother, Fred of Washington state; cousins, Kathy Castleberry, Margaret Phipps, Ron Horn, and Shona of California.
