Talley Must Hang

Phoenix, Ariz., July 6--Robert Dayton Talley, Miami murderer, must hang at the state prison in accordance with the order of the lower court, according to the decision of the supreme court of Arizona. Talley was convicted of the killing of Jesse Danner at the Miami postoffice Nov 18, 1913. Talley is one of the eleven murderers reprieved by Gov. Hunt until after the general election in 1914. Talley then appealed to the supreme court.
