Patricia Anne Fortney, age 80, of Lake Havasu City, passed away
peacefully at home Sunday, Dec. 21, 2014. Patricia was born Jan. 8, 1934
in Holland, Mich. She is the daughter of the late Harold and Evelyn
Vander Bie.
Patricia received an associate degree in nursing; she later worked at
Glendale Memorial in Glendale, Calif. Patricia was employed as a
registered nurse for Option Care for eight years.
Patricia is survived by two daughters; Debbie Nyboer of Lake Havasu City
and Valerie Wen of Columbia, Mo.; three sons, Keith John Nyboer of
Saugatuck, Mich.; Brian Nyboer of Allegan, Mich.; and Todd Nyboer of
Hulbert, Mich. She is also survived by six grandchildren and two great-
grandchildren.
Patricia is preceded in death by her parents Harold and Evelyn Vander
Bie and brother, David Vander Bie.
Services were placed into the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
