He was born Jan. 4, 1941, in Payson, Utah, and passed away Jan. 2, 2015, in Prescott Valley, Arizona. He is survived by his wife of 50 years; four children; three in-laws; 16 grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and one sister. Information provided by survivors.
