Greer’s Mortuary of Winslow, Winslow, Arizona Dale Arthur Shane August 15, 1943 - December 29, 2014 Dale Arthur Shane, 71, born August 15, 1943 in Grand Forks, North Dakota, entered into rest on December 29, 2014 in Flagstaff, AZ. Dale moved to Arizona in 2007 from Mackay, Idaho. He served in the Navy and worked at Idaho National Engineering Laboratory. Dale enjoyed helping people. He donated time delivering food boxes and remodeling homes. He biggest passion was his Harley and was a part of A.B.A.T.E of Idaho. He is survived by his sons, Daniel (Kimberly) Shane and Chadwick Shane; daughters, Traci (David) Weisz and Samantha (Clint) Cox; sister Illa Mae (Ted) Kozel; brothers, Delroy (Marlene) Shane, Al Shane and lots of grandchildren. Preceded in death his wife, Karen Shane and 2 step-children Shalene and Brian, his father Earl Shane and mother Donna M. Shane Memorial Service will be on Saturday, Jan. 3, 2015 at 10:00 AM at Greer’s Mortuary Chapel. Memorial contributions can be made in his name to Olivia White Hospice House, PO Box 997, Flagstaff, AZ 86002.
