MURPHY, Elizabeth (Betty)

The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona, Sunday, January 11, 2015 Elizabeth (Betty) Murphy was the beloved matriarch of the Murphy family, proud mom, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Betty passed on Jan. 5, 2015. She is survived by her children Michael, Maureen, Mark, Paul and Kathy; sons- and daughters-in-law; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Betty was best known for her style and grace, zest for life and her loving smile. She enjoyed working at the family restaurants Murphy's and Greens and Things, where she made lifelong friends. The family will celebrate her life privately, as was her request. We want to thank the many people who were instrumental in Betty's life, especially those who helped make her final days much more comfortable.
