Masters and Bachelors Degrees in Public Administration and Criminal Justice from National University. Immediately survived by wife Janet Nicley, sons Clinton (Whitnee) Nicley and Phillip (Camille) Nicley; by Mother Joyce F. Nicley, and sisters Teresa Kuehl, Luci (Shea) Nicley, and Rosemary Nicley; mother in law Suzanne Seiler and brothers/sisters in law Chris (Greg) Paton, Steve (Helen) Seiler, Sue (Chuck) Ciesliga, Linda (Tony) Simas, Kathy (Bob) Golan, Karen (George) Wiegand, Ben (Wendy) Seiler, and many loving nieces and nephews on both sides of the family. Preceded in death by Father Herbert C. Nicley and brother in law David J. Seiler. Michael was an extraordinarily gifted man in heart and intellect, whose dedication to moral aptitude was matched by none, as was his love for family and country. His ability to touch the lives of those he met, though it took little effort to do so, was an integral part of his life’s work.
