The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ October 31, 2001, A6 Hester E. Kelly of Wickenburg, died Oct. 20, at 100 years of age. Mrs. Kelly was born Dec. 29, 1900 in Iowa. She lived for over 40 years in the state of Washington, before moving to Quartzsite, Ariz., where she and her husband Chester, who preceded her in death, lived for 25 years. She came to Wickenburg five years ago. She loved to knit and crochet, and was constantly making things for people. Survivors include a stepson, Robert Lyle Kelly; a granddaughter, Diana L. Downs; two great-grandchildren, Chester W. Downs and Fawn L. Brown; and three great-great grandchildren, Amanda, John and Ashley.
