RUSTIN, Jacqueline (Jaki Chan)


Silver Creek Mortuary, Taylor, Arizona Jacqueline Rustin (March 29, 1975 - January 13, 2015) Jacqueline Rustin aka “Jaki Chan” was born March 29th, 1975 to Johnny and Beatrice Rustin. She entered eternal rest, January 13th, 2015 surrounded by loved ones. She is survived by her only Son: Cecil Wade Paxson; Mother: Beatrice R. Zahgotah; 1 Brother: Bruce (Ursula) Rustin; 4 Sisters: Josephine (Gary) Alchesay, Rowena Rustina, Rogina Rustin and Jolena Rustin; her Companion: Derek James; 14 nieces and 15 nephews. Jaki worked with Housing Authority early part of her young adult life. She has made many friends. She was a happy, jolly and humorous person who was loved by many people. Wherever she went she made people laugh, loved to read comic books and do her Sudoku. Jaki loved music, traditional song and dance. She also participated in holiday events and birthday parties. There will be a 2 night wake starting Thursday January 22nd, 2015 at 10:00am at Beatrice Zahgotah residence 1106 N. Gloshay St. below Whiskey Flatts. The funeral will be on Saturday January 24th, 2015 at North Fork Miracle Church with Bro. Lex Baha Officiating followed by burial at Whiteriver Cemetery. She is preceded in Death by her Father: Johnny Rustin; Brother: Elmer Rustin; Sister: Janella Jim; Uncle: Arlo Gordon; Niece: Nova Dawn Rustin; Grandpa: Frank Gordon. Tribal Dignitaries, church singers, friends and family are all welcome.
