The Payson Roundup, Payson, Arizona, Tuesday, January 20, 2015 Linda Jane Howell April 23, 1940 - December 17, 2014 Linda Jane Howell passed away on Dec. 17, 2014 at the age of 74. Linda was born on April 23, 1940 in Phoenix, Ariz. She was the oldest child of Virgil and Wilma Stewart. Linda and her family have lived in both Phoenix and Tucson. She moved to Payson after retiring from the Maricopa Community College. Linda is survived by her brother, Paul; her children, James, Karen, David, Keith and Paul; her longtime partner, Gary; multiple grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
