Isidro was born May 15, 1948 in Las Cruces, NM to Catamino & Anita Soto Palacio. A viewing for Isidro will be held on Friday, January 23, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. with the Rosary to follow at 6:00 p.m. at Caldwell Funeral Chapel. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church with interment in the Safford Cemetery.
