Jack Taylor, 84, of 8611 N. 67th Ave. Glendale, died December 29, 2000 after a short illness with cancer.
Mr. Taylor was a retired railroader, former 7-11 owner in Phoenix, and a Baskin Robbins operations manager in Minnesota. He was a member of Phoenix Baptist Church but due to a stroke was no longer able to attend services away from Glencroft.
Mr. Taylor lost his former wife, Jean Crowl Taylor, two years ago and his first wife, Nila Blocher Taylor, in 1986.
Survivors include his daughter, Shelley Hill, of Juneau, Alaska, Stepson Robert Robertson of Juneau, step-sons William Robertson of CA and Dale of AZ, two stepdaughters from his marriage to Jean Nancy Sellers and sister Barbara Arnello both of CA, two brothers Raymond Taylor of San Diego and Mark Taylor of Canton, Ohio and numerous step-grandchildren, two son-in-laws Walter Sellers and Tony Arnello.
Graveside services at Phoenix Memorial Park Cemetery with Pastor Bill Carson from Glencroft Church.
