The AZ Republic December 30, 2000 Arline D. Hawkins, 76, of Phoenix AZ, passed away December 28, 2000. She was born on November 4, 1924 in Reedsburg, Wisconsin to Herbert and Malinda Zobel. She worked for the Arizona Department of Transportation for 30 years. In recent years, she devoted boundless time and love to her granddaughters, Linda and Carol Facinelli. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene, and is survived by her daughter Diane Facinelli of Phoenix, her son David Hawkins of Flagstaff, her brother John Zobel of Topeka, Kansas, and her grandchildren. Visitation at Whitney & Murphy Arcadia Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Rd., Phoenix. Funeral Service at Unity of the Southwest, 536 E. Fillmore St., Tempe, Arizona.
