She was born April 5, 1921 in Ghent, Minnesota to Phillip & Evelyn (Wyffels) Regnier. Eileen was a member of the Center for Spiritual Living in Prescott. She loved working in the field of nutrition. She was incredibly proud of her children and family, and loved helping people be healthy. She is survived by her husband of 20 years Norbert Budelier, her daughters Kathy Culshaw (Mary Leininger) of Roswell, NM and Cindy (Kim) Reale of McIntosh, NM; brothers Norbert Regnier of Cedar Rapids, IA and James (Edna) Regnier of Lynd, MN; sister Delores Decock of Ghent, MN; grandchildren Melissa, Jerry, Michelle, Kristy, and Katie; and great-grandchild Stephen. She was preceded in death by her first husband Charles Culshaw, brothers Elroy and Jerry Regnier; and son Ronald Culshaw. Service: at Center for Spiritual Living 3755 Willow Creek Road Prescott AZ 86301 will be the memorial service for Eileen.
