Vining Funeral Home, Safford, Arizona Luis Ramirez Bonilla October 22, 1932 - January 13, 2015 Luis Ramirez Bonilla, age 82, of Clifton, Arizona entered into eternal rest Tuesday January 13, 2015 at Peppi’s House in Tucson, Arizona, following a short illness. Luis was born in Morenci, Arizona to Aurelio and Lupe Bonilla on October 19, 1932. He was one of Eight Children. Luis married Mary Beltran in 1955 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Louie and Mary made their home in Morenci. He worked for Phelps Dodge until he retired in 1983. After he retired they moved to Clifton. Luis is survived by: his wife Mary of 60 years; their two children Anthony Bonilla (Maria), of Morenci and Carol Bonilla-Barrett, of Peoria, Arizona; his five grandchildren, Alisha Shock (Luke), Anthony Daniel Bonilla (Traci), Dustin Bonilla, Marlayna Anderson, and Marissa Anderson; four great grandchildren Isabelle Shock, Danica Shock, Mason Shock and Shelbie Bonilla. Luis also is survived by: two brothers, Aurelio Jr. and Richard Bonilla (Mary); and five sisters, Ester Franco, Florence Valdez (Ruben), Gloria Reyes, Jenny Peru, and Anna Gonzalez (Willie); along with numerous nephews and nieces.
