Tom Castleberry was shot and instantly killed by Jack Falls in the rear of their blacksmith shop at Patagonia, Friday. Ranger Lou Stevens arrested Falls, who is now in the county jail here awaiting hearing. There were no witnesses to the quarrel, which was over partnership money affairs, and Falls has intimated that his plea will be self-defense.
