The AZ Republic December 29, 2000 Ms. Olivia Jean Dudley, age 56, of Phoenix AZ, passed away Tuesday, December 26, 2000 at Mercy Fairfield Hospital. She was a native of Dayton, Ohio, and retired from Arizona State University. Preceded in death by her parents, Walter L. and Maggie Mae Dudley of Dayton. Survivors: son, Kevin B. Dudley of Dayton; daughter, Toye M. (Nate) Stokes of Cincinnati OH; 7 grandchildren, Nathaniel L., Andre, Darius, Monique, Keisha, Ashley, and Alexis; 1 sister, Matilda (Robert) Dudley-Maston; 2 brothers, Alfonzo and Rovelta Dudley; 4 cousins, Johnnie Mae Williams of AL, Maggie Pearl Dexter of Phoenix AZ, Johnny Coleman of CA, and Fred Preston of Dayton OH; a host of other relatives and friends including special friends, Kim Watkins, Bridgette Goodwin, Verna Rogers, Damita Moore, and the Mathews Family. special thanks to the Healing Circle, Hospice and the Wellness Community and all others too numerous to name, that helped with the care of our mother. Funeral service at Mt. Enon Baptist Church, 1501 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio, Rev. John F. Cunningham, Pastor, Rev. Timothy Newkirk, officiating.
