David Louis Guilkey, 71, Phoenix, Arizona, passed away 12/27/2000. 

He was born on 10/31/1921 in Columbus Ohio. 

He was an Army-Air Force Veteran. He was a Foreman for Rockwell Aviation. 

He is survived by his daughter Susan Mojahed, son Douglas Guilkey, sister Eleanor Bookman, brother Harold Guilkey, 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
